To resolve the domain name to an IP address, Cloudflare registers when a request is received from your IP address.

The OptiMonk plugin sets cookies in the browser—for example, to prevent users from being shown a pop-up repeatedly.

Also the web server generates log files containing users’ IP addresses. These log files are regularly pruned.

If you send an email to the webmaster, he receives your email address—but it will never be passed on.
